Growing up, I struggled to feel at home within myself. As a teenager, I battled depression, anxiety, insomnia, and an eating disorder. My thoughts were often heavy, filled with self-loathing, and I felt disconnected from who I truly was. In my family, we didn’t talk about negative emotions, and I learned to mask my pain, bottling it up until it felt overwhelming.
The turning point came in college when the pressures of school and living independently made my struggles impossible to ignore. I took a leap and sought help. Therapy and an intensive outpatient program became lifelines, teaching me how to regulate my emotions, challenge harmful beliefs, and let go of destructive behaviors. Slowly, I began to rebuild.
It was during this time that I discovered yoga and meditation, and for the first time, I felt connected to both my body and my mind. On the mat, I experienced a sense of worthiness and potential that had long been buried. Yoga became a space where I felt enough, and it inspired me to keep going.
My Story
After earning my degree in psychology, I worked in an inpatient psychiatric unit. I was eager to help others navigate their mental health challenges, but I quickly realized the system’s focus on medication left little room for true healing. While I did my best to support patients with mindfulness techniques and a listening ear, I knew there had to be a more holistic way to make a meaningful impact.
This realization led me to dive deeper into yoga, completing a holistic teacher training program, and later, a health coaching certification. I became passionate about addressing wellness from a multidimensional perspective—mind, body, and spirit. Through these experiences, I learned that the answers we seek often lie within us. My role as a coach is to help others uncover those answers, guiding them with compassion and accountability.
As I continued my journey, I moved from a place of neutrality—where life felt okay but uninspired—to actively creating a life filled with joy, self-love, and purpose. I embraced curiosity, studying breathwork and other healing modalities, and I began to understand that fulfillment doesn’t come from a single solution. It’s a mosaic, built through intentional care in many areas of life.
Today, my coaching philosophy is grounded in five pillars that I’ve worked to cultivate in my own life: Nourish (caring for the body), Regulation (managing emotions and stress), Alignment (living authentically and purposefully), Sanctuary(cultivating self-love), and Belonging (connecting to community, nature, and something greater).
I believe life is a gift—a fleeting and precious opportunity to rise up, take the reins, and live fully. My mission is to help women, like you, rediscover your power and design a life that feels vibrant, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk beside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s possible and create a life that honors your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.
