On my own health and wellness journey, I’ve discovered the transformative power of caring for my whole self. We are beautifully complex beings, and true well-being requires nurturing every part of who we are. Not just through eating well and exercising, but by addressing the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. That’s why I created the Whole Self Approach, grounded in five key pillars: Nourish, Regulation, Alignment, Sanctuary, and Belonging. Together, these pillars offer a holistic path to living with greater balance, fulfillment, and connection.

This pillar focuses on caring for the physical body through healthy eating, exercise and movement, restful sleep, and slowing down..By nourishing yourself, you create the foundation for energy, vitality, and the capacity to show up fully in life.

Regulation

Regulation is about managing emotions and stress in a way that feels balanced and sustainable. Learning to feel your emotions without becoming overwhelmed and reducing stress, allows you to respond to life with greater calm and clarity. This pillar helps you build resilience, leading to more ease and presence in daily life.

Alignment

Alignment is about building self-awareness, honoring your authentic self, and taking consistent steps toward living your best life. By aligning your actions with your values and goals, you’ll feel more purposeful and connected. This pillar empowers you to live with intention and integrity.

Sanctuary

This pillar invites you to create a sense of safety and kindness within yourself, becoming your own sanctuary. Cultivating self-love and self-compassion leads to greater confidence and inner peace. When you become a safe space for yourself, you feel whole and grounded no matter what life brings.

Belonging is about expanding connections—with others, with nature, and with something greater than yourself.   • I have various coaching options based on your wellness goals. I offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month coaching programs. Clients who do longer coaching see the biggest transformation and best results. By signing up for coaching, you get access to my on-demand library, which contains numerous videos to bring further well-being into your day to day life.
