  • Krista is a gem! I suffer from severe stenosis in my neck and spine causing nerve pain down my left arm and fingers. I’ve been looking for lifestyle techniques to avoid a surgery. Since working with Krista I’ve been able to add some valuable tools to my practice and have found immense relief with her guidance! Krista is an invaluable teacher and helps remind me that the simplest of poses and daily practices go a long way! I would be lost without her guidance honestly because I thought more movement would be more advantageous however the short and small movements have been helping more than expected. I’ve been thru PT, acupuncture, massage etc and I’m a dietitian so I know about nutrition and have a decent understanding about yoga. That said, I was pretty surprised that I learned more from just a few sessions with her than I could have on my own. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and I plan to continue working with her!
