Embodied Breathwork

Embodied breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing to release stored emotions and energy while reconnecting you with your authentic self.

Through rhythmic breathing, primal screams, and deep rest, this practice creates space for healing, clarity, and renewal.

Why Breathwork?

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by stress and unresolved emotions. Breathwork offers a powerful way to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and restore balance in your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking to let go of the past, feel more grounded in the present, or create space for growth, this practice meets you where you are and supports your journey toward wholeness.

What happens in a session?

An Embodied Breathwork session is designed to guide you through a process of release and renewal. At the beginning of the session we will discuss where you’re at and intentions you want to bring in, so that you can be guided on a journey in your desired direction. We will explore a faster, rhythmic breathing technique that activates the body and helps loosen stuck energy and emotions. To deepen the release, primal screams are incorporated — a liberating practice that allows you to express and clear pent-up emotions in a safe and supportive environment. The session concludes with a long, restorative integration in savasana, where you’ll rest deeply, allowing your body and mind to absorb the benefits of the breathwork.

Who is this for?

Embodied breathwork is ideal for anyone looking to release emotional tension, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a sense of peace and clarity. It’s especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or ready to make meaningful changes in your life. This practice is gentle yet powerful, supporting you in accessing your inner strength and creating space for transformation.

I have found breathwork to be effective in clearing my brain and body of emotions and thoughts that leave me feeling stuck and floundering. It helps me gain insight into the personal resources I have to forge a better path ahead. I found Krista to be an empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable facilitator who makes the experience uniquely your own. I look forward to the next session.
